Never tried yoga but always wanted to? Need an absolute beginners class that is accessible and friendly? Learn to balance the mind and body, restore and calm your busy mind with me!

A true beginners class but will challenge any preconceptions you may have about yoga! Yoga is not just a series of movements you make with your body. Each position links to the next in a dance like motion having profound effects on body and mind, releasing tensions, increasing energies and opening your mind as well as improving your physical strength and flexibility. Ideal if you’re recovering from injury or have stress related conditions that need addressing. Come along! Everyone welcome.

Have some experience of yoga but want a more dynamic and challenging experience to wake you up for the weekend? This class is for you! Taking elements from my Wednesday night slow flow yoga but adding in some more energetic sequences including some trickier and more challenging postures that everyone can master…one step at a time! Taking a slow and mindful approach to your own practice and facing any challenges you wish to tackle. Simple inversions, arms balances and backbends working from a beginners perspective are all explored in the Saturday class. You will be amazed at what you can do! Suitable for those who’ve been practicing regularly for a few months and want a new challenge, or just some get-up-and-go on a Saturday morning.
