The studio is a lovely building opposite the main house that contains 1x single room and 1x double room. It also has its own bathroom and lounge area. The main house contains a variety of rooms from twins to doubles and one futon room. The lodge is another building just across the main carpark. It has two twin rooms. The rooms and bathrooms in the lodge are not as high standard as the house or studio hence the cheaper price tag. Please contact us if you have specific needs about your room.
Prices per person, based on two sharing. Single supplement £60. £100 non refundable deposit required to secure booking. Full balance due 6 weeks before retreat.
Come and join us for a weekend of yoga, good food and relaxation. Disconnect from the busyness of day to day life at this idyllic, countryside retreat. Varied yoga styles from the energetic to the most deeply relaxing restorative yoga, come and de stress, stretch out and give your mind and body the space to unwind. Enjoy home cooked vegetarian food, fresh juice, plenty of yoga and time in front of the open fire. You will also have the option to add massage to increase the benefits of the weekend.
Friday arrival at 5pm for a shared dinner and evening yoga. Saturday a full day of yoga, relaxation and good food ending with a meal at the local pub. Sunday, peaceful country walk, yoga and a nutritious Sunday lunch to end your weekend with calm and vitality.
If you’re feeling stressed, run down, too many demands on you from day to day life or too connected to technology and lacking the space and energy that we all get from the great outdoors then this retreat is for you. A chance to turn off your phone, eat good food, relax and nourish your soul as well as your body whilst being with like minded people and getting back in touch with yourself.
Run by Helen Campbell and Hannah Johnson who between them have worked with hundreds of clients to help reduce stress, lose weight and regain focus in their lives. They’re passionate about offering a retreat that is a true escape from the pressures of a stressful life and give you the opportunity to be completely selfish for one weekend!

Restorative Yoga Workshop
Date: Saturday 24th June 2017 2-5pm
Location: St. Barbara’s Church Hall, 22 Rochester Road, Earlsdon, Coventry CV5 6AG (ample parking available!)
Restorative Yoga may be different to what you think of as ‘yoga’. There’s no requirement to be flexible or fit, just a desire to erase anxieties, ease daily aches and pains, have more energy and give your mind and body the space it needs to foster the positivity you’re looking for.
This workshop will cover the science behind conscious breathing, and how the power of your breath alone can affect your blood pressure, health of your heart and increase the capacity of your memory. Included in the workshop will be a number of breathing techniques that you can learn during the afternoon session and take that information home with you to practice every day. There will be an extended session of restorative yoga postures, using props such as cushions, bolsters, belts, blocks and eye pillows. Within this time there will be meditations which can also be used during your daily life, to make you more mindful and to make life more enjoyable and less stressful! You will relax in the deepest way, have an ability to tap in to your true self and feel positive about changes you can make to your life.
The workshop is ideal for those with chronic conditions, exhaustion, injuries or for just anyone in need of a complete rest!
