Why should I tryYoga with you?

If you’d like to be able to tie your shoelaces with ease, reach for the glass off the top shelf, and crouch down to pick up your pet. If you want to meditate but struggle with sitting still. If you want to be able to walk up and down the stairs with confidence and manage rough terrain without fear of falling. If you struggle to manage your response to stress and need some tools such as slow breathing.

Friday 10.00-11.00am includes use of props and hot drinks, £10

An opportunity for perimenopausal and menopausal women to spend time together learning yoga practices to support us through this transformative stage of life. We will be sharing our experiences and practicing together in a beautiful and quiet new purpose designed studio in Kenilworth. Classes include menopause-specific yoga sequences, breathwork and mindful meditation to help women manage the main symptoms such as hot flushes, brain fog, insomnia, low mood, anxiety and irritability. Once a month we head to the local coffee shop to continue our chat. Perfect if you’re feeling isolated or lonely - we’re a friendly bunch!

Women in all stages of perimenopause and menopause are very welcome. I Completed my Menopause Yoga training with Petra Coveney at The Newson Menopause Clinic in Stratford Upon Avon in November 2021.
